Team will be of few outside and offshore developers. 2. They need someone here who voices out strongly , and comes with a strong data background. 3. Who should have an opinion , Just not opinion but backed with data or experience. 4. Someone who was command to be able to lead ,make comments , well sounded in fundamentals. 5. Customer facing role. 6. Understanding what are the real requirements of the end to end project, figuring out where the bottlenecks could be from a technical perspective. 7. Must be hands on , roll up their sleeves to code. 8.
