| Role : ATE Engineer Location : Bay Area , CA onsite Rate : $75 hr on c2c Mandatory : ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB) Knowledge of Hardware Development (Loadboard and Probecard) with Advantest V93K ATE testers Qualified at least two Silicon based on AEQ100, JESD-22 or equivalent standards Good knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test) Work independently in customer location and collaborate with design teams ATE test program development, ATE Testing and Silicon Qualification Define / Test Plan for the ATE Testing and Silicon Qualification Develop Test program for Advantest V.93 tester ( wafer sort and pkg) / V93k Work with vendor for define ATE load and probe HW Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc. Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software) Develop team technical competency. Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.
