Role : O365 Architect Location :Morrisville ,NC Contract Job description : Responsible for developing and maintaining solution architectures and roadmaps to harmonize the service towers within the collaboration suite into a consolidated and coordinated strategy. Partners with service owner leads to develop delivery plans in support of the collaboration strategy. Designs future state reference architectures that will provide a template for teams to achieve security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Responsible for overall governance and global technical administration of our collaboration suite Ensures our collaboration solutions are managed and maintained in alignment with all associated technical and security standards. Conducts research and provide recommendations on the standards and configurations of the existing collaboration environment. Provides expert level advice and consultancy in the develop of collaboration related business cases and technologies. Prepares and delivers presentations to management that inform them of issues and opportunities with our collaboration solutions. Provides high-level analysis and reporting on application health within the application portfolio. Provides expert level support for deployed solutions and interfacing with support staff when necessary to assist in resolution of escalated complex technical issues within defined SLAs.
