Be the initial point of project escalation and understand when to escalate as needed. Align and track project resources and tasks. Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team. Collaborate with the other team members from the delivery team. Skills: 10+ years of technical project experience 5+ years of working experience in Legal matter lifecycle management 5+ years of working experience in Legal billing, including budgeting, invoicing, and accounting. 5+ years of working experience with UTBMS billing codes 5+ years of work experience in implementing workflows, processes and security controls for legal billing. Strong working knowledge and experience in flat fees, hourly billing, and accruals Strong working knowledge and experience in integrations with payment systems Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn from team members. Strong attention to detail Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to achieve results. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders. Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field. Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities.
