Workday Financials certification(s) is required. Proven experience with Workday Financial Management implementation projects is required. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. Hands-on experience configuring Workday Financial Management modules. Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting within Workday. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to finance processes. 2. Configure Workday Financial Management modules, including but not limited to Core Financial, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Adaptive Planning, Projects Procurement, and Financial Reporting. 3. Customize Workday functionality through configuration, including creating calculated fields, custom reports, and integrations. 4. Lead testing efforts, including but not limited to; preparation of test cases, as well as managing the execution of system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
