Requirements: Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required) Programming/systems analysis experience (2-5 years) Experience in ORACLE databases and ORACLE forms and reports; Preferred: Experience writing complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects and \\ or ability to write complex queries utilizing transact SQL; Experience in relational database design, data processing and data communications; Experience in writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements ; Government experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Deliverables related to the design, development, implementation, or enhancement of Oracle Form application solutions within specified timeframes Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and ensure solutions align with business and IT strategies. Be involved in the full systems life cycle to deliver applications software on time and within budget. Make recommendations for new code development or reuse of existing code, participate in component and data architecture design, and make buy vs. build recommendations. Operate as a technical lead in the reengineering of existing systems and the design and implementation of new systems. Comply with OATS policies and procedures, prepare ISDM or SDF documentation, and ensure the project aligns with OATS policies.
