Job Title: Digital User Experience Accessibility Analyst Mobile III 

Location: Remote (Charlotte, Atlanta, Birmingham, Nashville) | Must have DL

Job Description

This Analyst will focus on our Customer Engage Platform and other enterprise software to improve associate experiences. This role is responsible for creating an inclusive experience by providing guidance to improve usability and accessibility for customers and prospective customers who use assistive technologies. The candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with business groups and UX Research team. Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders so they understand the why behind design decisions. Provides accessibility expert guidance to UX Design, UX Content, UX Engineers and Technology developers , Supports Procurement by participating in third-party tool reviews to assess Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance and identify potential issues onboarding new tools.

Required Skills 

6+ years of experience as a Digital User Analyst in Mobile  in USA

Testing native Mobile Apps for Accessibility (IOS or Android)

Experience using ADA tools JAWS, NVDA, iOS Voice Over, Android Talkback, WAVE, AXE 

Extensive knowledge of ARIA Markup, JavaScript semantic HTML

Must have Strong knowledge of ADA standards (WCAG) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines

Must have Excellent verbal and written communications skills (including experience with online writing for end-users)

Capable of positively representing the team to the rest of the organization

Agile/SAFe/Scrum development methodologies experience 

Soft Skills:

Possesses a keen ability to look holistically at business needs and technical capabilities to devise intuitive design solutions.

Drives adoption of new design patterns and incorporates them into existing design standards, guidelines, web policies and best practices.

Takes initiative on projects to encourage stakeholders to utilize the best possible designs regardless of technical or legal constraints.
