Associates degree Proven ability and experience in prioritizing and managing multiple and diverse projects and allocating time as required to meet business objectives. Proven ability and experience in effectively assisting with application design objectives to ensure project success from a development perspective. Able to effectively and appropriately represent PCS IT Department to internal and external clients. Strong written and oral communication skills with effective strategies for interacting with a wide variety of audiences. Demonstrate proficiency in the following skill sets that must be exercised in this job: o Ability to understand DB2/400 Database. o Develop and maintain SQL Stored Procedures using IBM Rational Developer.
