Job Title/ Role: SAP SuccessFactors Architect -(EC & Time Off) Location: NY/NJ-Onsite Contract Experience Level: 9 to 12 Years We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Onboarding. The ideal candidate should possess certifications in SF EC, Time Off, and Onboarding, along with extensive implementation and support experience in these modules with a client-facing role. Key Responsibilities: Proficient in SuccessFactors Admin tasks, including data models, picklist management, reporting events, workflows, propagation functionality, Time Off, and accruals. Hands-on experience with Data Model XML and configuration of Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Files, and RBP settings. Expertise in creating Workflow Derivation Rules and setting up approval workflows. Management of permission roles for Employee Central and configuration of HRIS Sync. Proficient in standard event transactions with workflow support, such as Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Absence, Transfer, Promotion, Demotion, Probation, Job Change, Data Change, Job Reclassification, Pay Rate Change, Position Change, and Return to Work. Knowledgeable in holiday calendar management, work schedule configuration, time types, time account types, time accounts, and business rules. Experience in implementing TIME OFF Rules like Proration and Carry Forward. Familiarity with Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding, and Crossboarding processes. Exposure to ORD/Advance Reporting/People Analytics. Experience with integration Centre/SFTP.
