| Title : Devops Engineer Experience : 10+ Years Rate : 57$/hr on C2C Fixed rate Remote role Visa : Only US Citizens (Better born citizens) Job description: We are seeking a Sr. AWS DevOps Engineer to collaborate with our DevOps AWS Architect. The role involves enhancing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and overall DevOps practices across on-premises and AWS environments. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure. Should have hands on python with AWS CLI Knowledge with AWS networking and security features. Proficiency with Jenkins, GIT lab, AWS CI/CD tools Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience automating infrastructure deployments and configurations. Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. Experience implementing security measures in DevOps pipelines. Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools. Experience setting up centralized log management. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques. Experience with scalable architecture design and implementation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: Align with the DevOps AWS Architect on strategies and implementation. plans. Participate in stakeholder interviews and document reviews. Assess and optimize CI/CD pipelines on-premises and in AWS. Implement scalable CI/CD solutions and best practices. Enhance infrastructure automation using Terraform and CloudFormation. Maintain consistent infrastructure configurations. Evaluate and implement scalability measures. Optimize performance and reliability of infrastructure and applications. Implement monitoring solutions with tools like CloudWatch and Prisma Cloud. Integrate security scanning and performance testing into pipelines. Enforce MFA for production and staging access. Conduct periodic access control reviews. Analyze and improve CI/CD, infrastructure, monitoring, security, and compliance processes. Identify and prioritize gaps for improvement. Develop and present improvement recommendations. Assist in creating a detailed improvement roadmap. Define roles and responsibilities for implementation. Establish checkpoints and monitoring mechanisms. Develop team communication materials. Standardize CI/CD tools for consistency and central management. Increase automation to reduce manual intervention. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Regularly review and refine disaster recovery plans.
