Job Description:

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience with SAP BIB and 7-9 years with integrating SF with HCM.

MUST HAVE:

SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder)

Success Factors (SF) & SAP HCM Integration

ABAPer & HCM functional

HR ABAP & CPI is must.

Success Factors (SF) & SAP HCM Integration (BIB
) expertise to handle
integration project.

(Business Integration Builder)

Expertise with
bidirectional interface
required: data replication from
SF to HCM and data migration from HCM to SF

Responsible for understanding the requirement from b
usiness for BIB.

Responsible for creating the mapping sheets and create logics as required along with functional team.

Good Knowledge and experience in
BADI Mapping.

Responsible for giving status reports to business and keeping track of ongoing work related to BIB.

Taking ownership of the Entity end to end technical delivery related t
o BIB.

Working with technical team of
ABAPer & HCM functional tea
m for
end to end delivery.

Expertise in
HR ABAP & CPI is must.

Fun
ctional EC understanding to support local te
am in guiding and configuring prerequisites.
