This role requires a solid understanding of ITIL principles and extensive experience with ServiceNow development, customization, and administration. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management. Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflow automation within ServiceNow. ITSM/ITIL Implementation: Implement ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for ITSM solutions. Ensure ServiceNow solutions adhere to ITIL principles and support ITSM objectives. System Administration: Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including performance monitoring, system upgrades, and patching. Manage ServiceNow user roles, access controls, and permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff. Conduct regular reviews and audits of ServiceNow configurations to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITIL implementation. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS). Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs. Skills: In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. ITIL Foundation Certification is required; ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification is a plus.
