| Position: Node.JS Developer Location: Chicago, IL - Only Locals Experience required: 5 Years Candidate pay Rate: $50/hr. Skills: NodeJS, Angular 9 / Vue Roles and Responsibilities: v Design and build core frameworks on Node.JS, shared services, NPM packages, and RESTful APIs v Translates complex requirements into an easy to understand user experience by following the user-centered design process v Remain current with evolving industry trends and technologies. v Have the ability to create prototypes and wireframes. v Design, develop, and maintain complex, high performance, and adaptive web applications. v Hands-on design, development, deployment & support of java/javascript based frameworks v Consistently follow and continue to help improve our processes including source control, deployment and issue tracking v Work collaboratively with engineers, stakeholders, executives, and end-users to bring the concepts to life v Build scalable solutions to improve the user experience v Document and build unit tests for the code. v Document and follow best design and development practices v Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and high quality code v Integrate internal as well as third-party web services and components v Identify and assist in mitigating project risks: technical, schedule and otherwise Job Description: v 3+ years of experience in building customer facing cloud-based solutions. v 3+ years of experience in product development using NodeJS (a must) v 3+ years of experience with Vue.Js, AngularJS, MEAN stack and other frameworks v Knowledge of object oriented design, design patterns and core java coding principles v Experience developing web applications (Spring MVC, RESTful, JAX-WS, Web Services) v Fluency with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS , LESS, SASS v Experience with PhoneGap / Cordova is a plus v Experience using D3JS or similar data visualization too v Solid understanding of web technologies such as REST, HTTP, JSON. v Experience with Mongo NoSQL Database v Experience using Bootstrap or similar responsive framework v Experience writing unit and integration tests v Flexibility to work collaboratively with a team while also managing individual projects v Familiar with development tools such as cross-compilation, source revision control (GIT), bug tracking (JIRA), and JTAG Thanks & Regards, Akhil Reddy Talent Acquisition -- Keywords: javascript information technology Illinois Requirement for the Position: Node.JS Developer [email protected] |
