| Hi All, Share resume Architect IV Specialized New Role, assignment through 12/15/24 Hybrid to Reston: 2000 Opportunity Way, Reston, VA 20190 (on-site Tuesday & Thursday and more as needed) 1-2 Rounds of Interviews Manager: Basavaraj Hubli ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Looking for an Applied AI/ML architect This team specialized in AI/ML, just completed migration to the cloud, now looking to optimize AI/ML capabilities, they need an applied AI/ML architect to help with cloud migrations and new products Daily: work with team members, attend meetings, identify problems and solutions, provide architecture assistance Required Skills Proven track record of implementing machine learning solutions, AI services and statistical analysis related projects in production (8+ years AI/ML experience in large enterprise) Deep understanding of GenAI models (GPT, LLAMA 3+ etc.) Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platform offerings, features (AWS) Fluency with Python (AI/ML specific packages, libraries), Spark or R (optional) Understand how to utilize data to identify and solve problems Job Description As an Applied AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural decisions for the Cloud, Data and Infrastructure Architecture Portfolio. You must have a deep understanding of technical architecture and have implemented AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment. Knowledge of industry best practices around enterprise AI/ML adoption, security, architectures, and patterns. Exposure and a good understanding of the Data Architecture principles (such as data mesh, knowledge graph, data ontology) is a plus. Technical experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Strong interpersonal communications skill is required. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Position yourself as a trusted advisor to business teams and partner with them to understand their requirements for cloud implementations Provide recommendations to clients with respect to AI/ML implementations and prepare technical implementation roadmaps for adoption Create application architecture, data architecture, deployment architectures, functional design specifications and assist with other project deliverables as needed. Design state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions that address customers requirements for function, scalability, reliability, security, and performance Collaborate with other project teams and other laterals such as Information Security, Compliance, Controls etc. on architectural solutions. Qualifications Should have a bachelors degree in computer science or related field. Masters degree is preferred or equivalent Desired Experiences 8+ years of progressive hands-on experience in AI/ML application development with 5-6 years of AI/ML solution architecture, systems architecture and engineering, analysis, and applications programming in AI related discipline. Technical team leadership role is preferred A minimum of 5 years experience in working with a cloud provider (AWS or Azure) Exposure to large scale ML systems design and deployment AI/ML relevant AWS Professional Certification is preferred Required Skills Proven track record of implementing machine learning solutions, AI services and statistical analysis related projects in production Deep understanding of GenAI models (GPT, LLAMA 3+ etc.) Technical leadership with analytical, problem solving and communication skills Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platform offerings, features Applied knowledge of Gen AI. Understanding of AI services for speech, vision, and text. Machine learning background with algorithms Expertise in MLOps and DataOps lifecycles and engineering implementation in enterprise Fluency with Python (AI/ML specific packages, libraries), Spark or R (optional) Soft skills: Strong ability in communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc. Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas. Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work towards a common goal. Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict. Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
