You will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop scalable and reliable cloud architectures, leveraging Python scripting to automate processes and enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture Design: Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure solutions that are scalable, resilient, and cost effective to meet the organizations requirements. Automation: Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline deployment, monitoring, and management tasks within the AWS environment. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources, ensuring consistency and reproducibility. Security Implementation: Implement security best practices and compliance standards in AWS environments, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security configurations. Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of cloud infrastructure components. Continuously optimize AWS resources for cost efficiency. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services and infrastructure components. Provide support to development and operations teams as needed. Collaboration: Collaborate with software developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation of cloud projects. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and best practice guidelines for AWS cloud environments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud solutions. Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in developing automation scripts and tools. In depth knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar. Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices in cloud environments. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Data Migration Experience: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing data migration projects to AWS cloud environments. Proficiency in tools and techniques for migrating data from on premises systems to AWS services such as Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, or Amazon Redshift Understanding of data transfer methods, data synchronization, and data transformation processes. Additional Qualification (Optional): AWS Certified Database Specialty or relevant certification showcasing expertise in database migration to AWS.
