Require knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, & DHCP monitoring & management. Require knowledge on windows server patching & windows failover clustering. Working knowledge of installing and troubleshooting windows application, server roles & feature. Experience in troubleshooting VMware infrastructure. Require knowledge on VMware Snapshots, Clone. Server migration etc. Experience in troubleshooting Citrix VDI issue Experience in configuration of Virtual App/Xen Desktop Knowledge of Citrix, XenApp/Xen Server, Xen Desktop/Provisioning Services/NetScaler /Web interface /Storefront.
