Strong Communication skills ServiceNow ITOM CMDB, Discovery, Event Management & Service Mapping (Must have) Must have hands-on experience in Discovery Patterns, troubleshooting/debugging and creating Custom Patterns. MID Server Installations, Upgrades, troubleshooting for both Windows and Linux. Better understanding of CMDB CI Class Models. Good knowledge on end-to-end process of On-Premises/Horizontal Discovery especially., Network Device Discovery. Must have knowledge on different Discovery Credentials. Better understanding of Discovery troubleshooting/logging. Basic understanding of Certificates Discovery. Testing of complete Discovery items during Instance upgrade. Deliver technical workshops on ITOM: Event, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, ServiceNow data mapping. Knowledge on identification, classification rule in CMDB Knowledge over event and alert rule Articulate the ServiceNow CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships, and dependencies.
