Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating system environment. This includes interfaces with systems like Tableau and Power BI, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data visualization. Works with internal business groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements of various applications, including data analytics platforms such as Tableau and Power BI. Analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group, utilizing advanced data analysis in Pentaho, Tableau, and Power BI. Contributes to defining time tables and project plans, incorporating data visualization and reporting milestones using Tableau and Power BI. Analyzes and estimates feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs, with a particular focus on enhancing data visualization and business intelligence reporting capabilities. Takes the lead for establishing, implementing, and monitoring 'best practices' for technical development methodologies and tools, including those related to Tableau and Power BI. Proposes innovative, creative technology solutions, especially in the realms of data visualization and business intelligence. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives, leveraging expertise in Pentaho along with Tableau and Power BI to enhance business decision-making processes. Pentaho Developer Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 8-10 years of experience in software development required, with substantial experience in Pentaho, Tableau, and Power BI.
