| Hi Contract Role: Performance Testing - Software Testing Exp11 Location: Bay Area , CA onsite Rate: 60 Must Have Skills Hands-on experiences working on essential aspects of software Performance testing Hands-on experience in determining what Performance tests to be conducted, designing how to effectively execute Performance tests, and composing Performance test reports Hands-on experience with conducting Performance tests for API-based applications Solid & hands-on experience with Performance/API testing tools: ReadyAPI, Postman, SOAP UI Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries Excellent documentation and communication skills to articulate problems/challenges or to gather Performance requirements JD: Customer Experience Expert with 10+ years experience Should be well versed in Natural Language Should be well versed with Customer experience expert in Conversational space Should evaluate the output of the development team from customer experience aspects in two different view. Whether the end user getting the better user experience, the information flow Whether the agents or business users getting better customer experience with the flow and information. Shouldnt be too much technical, has to wear the hat of both agent and end user from customer experience point of view Good-to-Have Skills Knowledge of or experiences in testing Supply Chain Management modules Knowledge of or experiences in testing of MuleSoft integration platform Hands-on experience with using any other Load & Performance tools Well-versed experience in creating test plans and test cases Great sense of urgency, thoroughness, and quality towards assigned tasks/goals Responsibilities Analyze business scenarios Understand the non-functional requirements Evaluate the objectives of the service level agreement Design effective load tests and performance tests Identify parameter for testing Establish baselines and checkpoints Model load generation Execute performance tests Use consistent metrics for monitoring Identify bottlenecks and where they occur Interpret results and graphs.
