Coordinating and leading in the design, testing, evaluation, implementation, and support for scalable complex platforms of various scopes to include enterprise-wide (hardware, operating systems, software, systems tools, and IT processes). Evaluate business requirements and recommend technologies that will enhance availability, reliability, scalability, and security, while consistently driving down total cost of ownership. Consult with other business units (e.g., application development groups, Field Services Technical Support, etc.) to configure platforms for product installation. Design and document enterprise standards and procedures. Ensure platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry standards (systems management, security, operating systems, etc.) and reference models. Provide technical support, as needed, to the enterprise. Coordinate activities with internal/external technology owners/service providers. Create detailed documentation for all engineering solutions. Required qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology or 5 years of equivalent experience Knowledge/Skills Required: Working knowledge of: VMWare Workspace ONE o Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) Active Directory Group Policy Windows 10& 11 Browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) .
