Job Title: Jira/JTMF admin Location: NJ,SC,MI, FL (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Prior experience in Jira administration, creating custom dashboards, workflows, fields, and schemes in JIRA and JTMF. Working knowledge of JTMF to create test artifacts and link requirements, run dashboard metrics, traceability, and reporting. Proven experience working in the Agile environment. Create and execute test plans/test runs in JTMF and ensure complete test coverage and overall quality goals are achieved. Ensure teams are following governance standards and protocols as defined by the TCOE. Assist users with JTMF related queries, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance to JTMF users. Provide trainings and respond to ad hoc requests/questions regarding JTMF. Knowledge to configure JTMF with ability to create custom fields & values. Focus on delivering Jira/JTMF solutions that meet business needs within the budget and time constraints.
