The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce development and a keen understanding of business processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Develop custom applications and enhancements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems via APIs, middleware, and other integration tools. Ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity across systems. Customize and configure Salesforce applications to align with business requirements. Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process automation. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce platform. Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of Salesforce security and performance optimization. Certifications(Preferred): Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
