Job Description Job Title: Java Backend Developer Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: Long term contract Mandatory Exp: Java, AWS, EKS, Lambdas Passport Number is Mandatory Job Description: To enable Pet Health to build new notifications to Pet Parents and Veterinarians using the pharmacy rules engine to help keep Pet Parents informed and drive towards obtaining approvals for orders: Design and develop lambdas, APIs, and data storage strategies for notifications. They need to understand how to source data from disparate data stores and how to process data, build algorithms, etc. You will have responsibility over components of Chewys systems both development and operational needs. Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development. Be involved in design reviews and perform code reviews based on Chewys engineering rigor and standards. Debug production issues in Chewy services and tech stack.
