Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training) Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects Good experience of creating Test Strategy, Test plans and implementing in the projects Good knowledge in Agile methodology Hands on experience in Software Testing and developing automation scripts (TOSCA Preferred or any other automation tool) Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool and dashboard creation Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams Lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct and execute release tests Experience of tracking risks & dependencies, performing impact analysis and mitigation planning Experience working in an offshore/offsite model Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution Strong written and verbal communications skills Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project.
