| From: John Richardson, Themesoft INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Sr. Security Engineer IAM AuthN/Z Were seeking an experienced security engineer to work directly with our software, system engineer and application owner to ensure security of CFG. This role is for any dynamic and highly motivated candidate who will lead multiple projects and architect, build, deploy and maintain industry leading security platforms and applications. In this role, you will demonstrate your senior level experience and be responsible for: Drive continuous improvement for the security of Identity and Access Management in CFG. Deliver timely guidance and robust AuthN/Z solutions to address IAM security needs. Review and lead the gathering of business, functional and technical requirements for establishing secure IAM environment. Build prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate feasibility for new, innovative security technologies. Defining complex system requirements and objectives based on business needs and delivering high quality solutions based on Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication technologies. Hands-on development/coding in Okta Troubleshooting and resolving service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and providing corrective actions. AWS Infrastructure support for IAM tools including but not limited Lambda, IAM, AWS CLI Managing Terraform templates for IAM automation tools in Azure and AWS Cloud Managing AWS Cloudformation templates for IAM automation Providing senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture. Facilitating the establishment and implementation of standards, processes, and documentation that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions. Working closely with development teams to test applications and assist in providing direction for defect fixes and system enhancements. Simplifying complex ideas and presenting the information in group settings. Experience and Skills: Must have a minimum of 8+ years of IAM experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in development/operational experience with Okta, including implementation, installation, configuration & administration of various components. Hands on experience integrating applications with Okta SSO/MFA Hands on experience migrating legacy header-based applications to modern authentication standards such as SAML, OIDC and OAuth. Past experience with pushing technical initiatives, team, project or indirect management of security technologies. Able to effectively present SSO concepts to stakeholders with various level of technical understanding. Have knowledge and ability to create OKTA APIs for custom integrations and solutions. Have a solid understanding of identity and access management and security policy concepts, protocols and best practices. Strong understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery models. Strong systems engineering skills with an emphasis on enterprise scale architecture. Experience and advanced knowledge in code repositories Strong background in public cloud offerings (IAM focused) Advanced knowledge of AWS resources Technically proficient with cloudformation and terraform. Ability to troubleshoot complex problems, manage and resolve in a timely manner. Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively. Advanced knowledge of Powershell Strong communication and conceptual skills with desire to share knowledge and cross-train. Experience working in an Agile environment Proficiency with and knowledge of: o AWS o Azure o Okta o Entra ID (B2C, B2B) o Terraform o Cloudformation o Functions of DNS (generalized knowledge) Education and Certifications: Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or Master's degree in related field of work or equivalent work experience. (Equivalent work experience = 2 years experience for every year of higher education). Prior professional services experience preferred. Okta Certified Administrator or higher preferred.
