Must Haves: * 4-yr Technical Degree, CCNA AND CCNP Certification * 8 yrs of IT/Engineering xp * 5 yrs of network Cisco routers and switches; ASA/Firepower, Fortinet or Palo Alto Networks experience * 3 yrs of work acting as point of contact for escalation of complex technical issues * Excellent English Communication, Written and Verbal The right candidate will have the words: Escalate/escalation, ticket/ticketing, technical support, support engineering, customer-facing, l2/l3, triage/triaging, problem resolution, etc. throughout their resume. This is a L2 Network role. It means that they are supporting trouble tickets from L1 (internal) and L2 (external) customers and resolving it themselves or escalating it to another l2/l3 engineer.
