Position: SAP Functional CRM Consultant (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration : 6 months Job Description . Must have 5 years of experience MUST HAVE EXPERINCE WITH RENEWALS and CONTRACTS MODULES Searching for experienced candidates for the position of SAP CRM. Responsibilities for SAP CRM Support users by resolving system/process issues Keep SAP CRM configuration in the area of M&S up to date as per business requirements Develop Key Users' system and process knowledge, and assess the results Deployment of clients and GV users to SAP CRM portal Functional analysis and testing (SAP Portal / SAP CRM) Communication, training, assistance to users (internal/external) and pre-sales Have CRM questionnaires filled in by clients designated users, create corresponding SAP CRM tickets, created portal links, test portal, reset external passwords, add new users Rolling out clients to the SAP CRM solution (designated users + employees if COS clients) through training on use of the portal and distribution of appropriate documentation Coordinate testing of Client UIFNs Provide portal demonstrations to potential clients either in person or via webinar Qualifications for SAP CRM Experience in Pharmaceutical or medical industry is desirable Experience with Clarity PPM is desirable In depth knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module, CRM sales & Marketing , Interfaces with ECC Good understanding of cross domain functionalities, dependencies and cause-effect fundamentals B.E./ B.Tech/M.Sc Candidate must have working knowledge / good understanding of Sales and Service Business Processes.
