Position: SAP FICO RAR Specialist Location: Dallas, TX-Onsite Contract Required Skill Set: SAP RAR Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting). Specialization in design, configuration, and integration of RAR with FI (Financial Accounting), SD (Sales and Distribution), and/or BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). Implementation Experience: Completed at least two full lifecycle implementations of the SAP RAR module. Experience with RAR migration. Process and Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of the order-to-cash process. Expertise in integration between SD and FICO modules. Familiarity with BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA (Controlling and Profitability Analysis), and Revenue Recognition processes. Technical Skills: Knowledge of BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus) is highly desired. Proficient in the solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD, and FI/CO. Leadership and Coordination: Proven project leadership skills. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams. Ability to deliver detailed designs that align with industry best practices. Industry and Accounting Knowledge: Prior experience in high tech or software industries. Solid understanding of accounting concepts. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate business and functional requirements. Proficient in creating management-level presentations and proposals. Preferred Skills: Experience with S/4 HANA. Bachelors degree in finance, CPA, or CPA equivalent.
