Proven experience in handling a team of 50+ Facilitating Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams. Lead the Sprint Vision, Sprint planning, Reviews and Sprint retrospectives. Ensuring effective CI/CD implementation. Jira Tool Setting up and maintaining SCRUM dashboards in Jira Collected and presented weekly Scrum Metrics to management. Weekly metrics include Effort Burn-down charts, velocity charts, release plans & vision team updates. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutions. Allocating work, creating tasks using project management tool Jira and ensuring that all tasks are closed in a timely manner. Protect the team from Over committed of user stories and Scope Creep. Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a common goal. Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work and ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process.
