Background:

The client Development team produces work flow and designs and end interactions. As of current process, these end up directly at the business users and agents . However , no one is currently evaluating, the design, workflow from Customer Experience point of view before it lands up in business users hand. 

Requirement:

Customer Experience Expert with 10 + years experience Should be well versed in Natural Language Should be well versed with Customer experience expert in Conversational space
