SRM Business Lead Location: Newark, New Jersey (Relocation will work BUT local candidates will be counted first) 2 days remote 3 days onsite in Newark, NJ Duration: 12+ months with possible extension Visa Open CPG experience within SRM/RGM We are currently seeking two exceptional Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Leads for a contractor role in New Jersey. This pivotal position offers a unique opportunity to join a global team, working closely with the Demand and Data Analytics team for a prominent global FMCG client. The role is designed for individuals who are adept at blending analytical insights with business strategies to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a critical link between business units and analytics teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Manage stakeholder relationships, adeptly handling interactions at various organizational levels. Oversee projects and programs with strategic insight, ensuring timely completion and excellence. Lead design thinking sessions and gather business requirements for the relevant problem space Bring in new ideas and solutions to business stakeholders and help create a phased plan of execution Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy Leading complex analytical exercises / projects delivering actionable insights and working closely with product owners to embed the analytical capabilities within business routines Delivery through managing the optimal balance of time and level of detail/accuracy given data availability and/or imperfections Work in close collaboration with Data Scientists and Engineers, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. Lead pricing analytics and strategic revenue management initiatives, leveraging insights to drive revenue growth. Utilize Nielsen and IRI data to extract actionable insights, providing a competitive edge. Requirements: A calm and zen-like personality, capable of maintaining poise in a fast-paced work environment. 3 to 12 years of experience in Strategic Revenue Management (SRM), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing Analytics or Trade Promotion Management (TPM). Demonstrated experience in the CPG industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior. Proficient in utilizing Nielsen and IRI platforms, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Strong project and program management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
