The Billing data will be integrated from PS Time and Labor using PS Pay Bill as a methodology. This role will be responsible for proving that the configuration is meeting the billing requirements. This role will also be responsible for designing customizations and bolt-ons where the delivered Billing functionality doesnt meet our requirements. This is not a development role, however, must be able to support the development team in building the bolt-on. Excellent understanding of Financials concepts and working knowledge of PeopleSoft AR, Projects, Contracts, Billing, Staffing/Pay Bill. Proven experience and examples of Staffing Billing experience. Experience with PeopleCode, App Engines, Integration Broker and other Peoplesoft development tools and ability to evaluate how a process is working. Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of Financials data models. Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once. Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Must be flexible to adapt to changing priorities and requires minimal supervision. Will need to assist the business in learning the new process and testing to demonstrate a working solution.QUALIFICATION: At least 10 - 15 years in PS software design. Experience working directly with end users to gather requirements. Good communication skills are a must. Multiple Staffing Billing Projects with at least 1 as the Billing Lead.
