The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce or executive search firm operations, with a preference for candidates experienced in both areas. Key Responsibilities: Provide weekly status updates on project progress to stakeholders. Collaborate with accounts's team to prioritize tasks and ensure project milestones are met. Develop a comprehensive workplan for the initial month and subsequent months. Analyze and improve search firm operations through the application of Salesforce and industry best practices. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of WittKieffers PRISM project. Required Skills and Experience: Salesforce Certified: Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst. Proven experience with Salesforce, including customization and configuration. Familiarity with executive search firm operations and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in project management and task prioritization. Key Skills: Salesforce Administration: Salesforce Customization: Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards: Salesforce Integration: Requirements Gathering: Process Improvement: Stakeholder Communication & Super Strong experience w/ executive Search Firm Operations Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both Salesforce and executive search firm operations. Prior experience in a business analyst role within a similar industry.
