Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator to join our Global Messaging Operations team. This role involves managing an enterprise MIM environment with servers and infrastructure hosted across NAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. The individual will work as a Level 3 Team Lead managing a team of MIM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting messaging products and services, including all aspects of support, testing, integration, deployment, and builds. (Contract) Role: - Senior Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator Location: Irving, TX Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Knowledge / Experience: Minimum of 7 - 10 years of IT experience with significant technical and operational experience in messaging products and services. In-depth hands-on knowledge of: MIM in a large environment. Exchange in a large environment. Hub Transport setup and configuration (Email Routing). Client Access Server (CAS) usage and configuration in Exchange 2010. Exchange High Availability and capacity planning (E2K10 Database Availability Group). Proficiency in PowerShell and other administration scripting tools is a plus. Excellent track record in process controls, problem solving, service delivery, and customer interaction.
