Job Description: Service Activation: - The new Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating between teams for Service Activation, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. - They will create process mapping between integration teams such as GOTA, LCM, Platform Science, and Trimble. - Knowledge of Kafka Topics event creation will be required, including determining the necessary data attributes for distribution. - Identification of API End Points and understanding the functionalities of each API involved in service activation will be part of their responsibilities. - They will also assist in documenting the Customer Journey process flow. Subscription Services: - The Business Analyst will act as a coordinator between the subscription factory and Paccar, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. - They will manage testing and validation for the requirements provided by the product team on both ends - Paccar and the Subscription Factory. E-Commerce Portal: - The new Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the groundwork and requirement refinement of the E-Commerce Portal. - They will assist with Shovel Readiness activities, ensuring that the necessary preparations are made for a successful launch. - Collaboration with the Product team will be required to identify requirements and create process flows. - Additionally, they will create wireframes to visually represent the portal's design and functionality.
