In this role, you will analyze and optimize our Payer pull-through tools and strategies and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, hands-on experience with UX/UI, and excellent data analytical skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to Payer Pull through Analyze and evaluate current Payer Pull Through processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Payer pull-through across the commercial enterprise Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the Payer Pull through landscape Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals Utilize hands-on experience with UX/UI to contribute to the design and development of user-friendly tools and systems Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to Payer contracting and Pull Through Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Payer contracting, Access and Pull Through Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Payer contracting and Pull Through in the Healthcare industry Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions Hands-on experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Familiarity with healthcare regulations and reimbursement models, as well as payer pull-through strategies Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Experience with Veeva CRM is a plus Keywords: artificial intelligence user interface user experience Hiring Business analyst [email protected] |
