| Direct client position Position: Quality Assurance/Quality Control Analyst Location: Montgomery, Alabama (Onsite from Day 1) Duration: 1 Year with Extension Possible Agency: Department of Human Resources Client: State of Alabama Job Description Required Skills: Manual Testing Automated Testing, including at least one industry standard automated testing tool Performance Testing, including at least one industry standard performance testing tool Test Script Development Test Management * Test Results Analysis Test Reporting * Requirements Analysis Defect Management MS Office SQL Configuration Management Teamwork and Collaboration Critical Thinking Communication in English Required Experience: 5+ years of experience conducting manual and automated testing of large, complex web-based applications, including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, Performance Testing and Regression Testing 5+ years of experience testing projects developed using agile/scrum and waterfall methodologies 5+ years of experience analyzing Functional and Technical Requirements 5+ years of experience participating in code and design walkthroughs 5+ years of experience with Test Management 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements and design documents to design, create, and implement Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Scripts 5+ years of experience partnering with technical team members and other project stakeholders to develop Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Scenarios 5+ years of experience analyzing test results 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining test documentation and test reports 5+ years of experience with defect reporting, triage, and tracking 5+ years of experience with writing, debugging, and executing SQL for verification and validation 5+ years of experience developing and executing automated tests with an industry standard automated testing tool 5+ years of experience developing and executing performance tests with an industry standard performance testing tool 5+ years of experience following formal Configuration Management procedures Preferred Experience: Experience developing and executing automated tests with Cypress JS Experience developing and executing performance tests with LoadRunner Experience tracking work with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Experience using or testing applications developed in MS Power Apps Experience working in a public sector Experience testing enterprise level solutions Education Required: Bachelors degree/Masters degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in testing web-based applications (Or) High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in testing web-based applications Education Preferred: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science.
