Job role : OFSAA Consultant Location : Remote Job Description : We are seeking an experienced OFSAA FCRM Specialist with a focus on Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing OFSAA FCRM solutions to ensure compliance with financial crime regulations and enhance the efficiency of KYC processes. Key Responsibilities: OFSAA FCRM Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of OFSAA FCRM solutions with a focus on ECM and KYC modules. Configure OFSAA applications to meet the specific requirements of the organization. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the OFSAA configuration aligns with business objectives. System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OFSAA FCRM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OFSAA ECM and KYC applications. Ensure system performance, reliability, and availability through regular updates and patches. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that OFSAA FCRM solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Implement and manage financial crime prevention strategies within the OFSAA framework. Monitor and analyze system outputs to identify potential risks and compliance issues. Data Management and Analysis: Oversee data integration and management processes within OFSAA ECM and KYC modules. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in OFSAA systems. Utilize OFSAA for data analysis, risk assessment, and reporting. User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on OFSAA ECM and KYC modules. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for OFSAA FCRM processes and configurations. Provide guidance and support to users on best practices and optimal use of the system. Project Management: Manage OFSAA FCRM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), specifically in Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCRM). Strong understanding of Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and regulations. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
