Role :: SAP OTC Consultant with logistic and shipping experience Location :: Austin, TX (Onsite) Type :: Contract Minimum 10+ years of Overall IT experience mandatory Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to order-to-cash, logistics, and shipping processes. Design, configure, and implement SAP OTC solutions that meet business needs, focusing on sales order processing, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing. Integrate SAP OTC with logistics execution and shipping modules to streamline end-to-end processes. Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials. Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the SAP system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP OTC, logistics, and shipping processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of SAP solutions. Stay current with SAP updates and industry best practices to continuously improve system functionality and performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP OTC Consultant, with a strong focus on logistics and shipping. In-depth knowledge of SAP OTC processes, including sales order management, delivery processing, billing, and invoicing. Strong experience with SAP logistics execution (LE) and shipping modules. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and support. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. SAP certification in OTC or logistics modules is a plus..
