Support tasks for existing web infrastructure, systems, and applications issues include the following: Provide design, development or technical support for WebSphere and IIS application platforms Provide design, development of automated application deployments and staging in web environments Provide day to day operational support - resolve problem tickets, abends, application scheduling issues and questions associated with DOT web infrastructure and application support Independently or with BITS or business unit staff - address prioritized project implementation efforts.
