Candidates MUST have hands on experience with RESTFUL services and have a minimum of 10 years experience. Work mode is fully Remote but candidates must reside in the US. Technical Skills (Required) 5+ years of Java development experience with strong knowledge of core concepts and object-oriented programming principles. Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications. Strong emphasis on RESTful services, particularly within Spring Boot. Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework. Expertise in designing highly scalable asynchronous systems. Efficient processing of large datasets within the Java ecosystem. Mastery of Java concurrency and multithreading. Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit and build tools like Maven or Gradle. Proficiency in performance monitoring and profiling tools e.g., utilizing tools like VisualVM, YourKit, or Java Flight Recorder). Experience with version control systems, especially Git. Practical knowledge of AWS for cloud services. Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
