| From: Shubham, USC Group [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: SAP Data Migration Consultant Location: Remote Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD and H1B Qualifications: Have 10+ years of experience in overseeing the end-to-end data conversion process including identifying sources, extracting data, suggesting cleansing, and managing mapping during the conversion process. Have extensive knowledge of data life cycle management. Have deep knowledge about data conversion best practices as per industry standard and have minimum three end-to-end implementation experiences. Have experience in managing and coordinating the Mock data load process for SAP implementations for RTR, PTP, OTC, PP, QM Have expressed in preparing data cutover and mock plans have knowledge about data load sequence and suggest optimized plans to reduce downtime. Have experience in defect management and reporting. Have strong data migration project management experience including mock cutover planning and tracking, reporting, team management, RAID management, and defect management. Skills: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DATA MIGRATION FROM SAP ECC TO SAP S/4 HANA Have experience performing the data assessment per industry best practices and suggest the data remediation process. Have the skill to report and raise RAID items to PMO. In-depth experience in the design and development of SAP's ETL solutions such as SAP BODS, SAP LTMC and SAP LSMW, and additionally integration technologies such as IDOCs and BAPIs. Have hands-on experience in the design and implementation of SAP's ETL solutions using SAP Data Migration tools including but not limited to SAP HANA SDI/SDQ, SAP data service (BODS), SAP Data Migration Cockpit (both LTMC and Fiori version), LSMW, SAP ALE (IDOC) and custom BAPI/ABAP programs/Function Module. Proficiency in SQL and database schema design is a must. Excellent experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL Have performed or coordinated the tool setup for data migration like BODS Have designed the Coding and Development standards for the data migration. Have proficiency in debugging and suggesting the team about remediation. Have SAP Process knowledge both techno and functional for RTR, PTP, OTC, PP, and QM for master and transactional data objects and data model knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA. Have excellent skill to collaborate with functional consultants to verify data and troubleshoot/correct load errors.
