Support experience in SnapLogic projects. Production Support knowledge Experience in any ITSM tool Key responsibilities Work in 24*7 Production Support environment Work with onshore / offshore model to attend handover calls Flexible to work in shifts if required Good Communication skills Leading the team Client co-ordination Experience in troubleshooting snaplex or performance related issues and provide fixes/workarounds Resolution of incidents created in the ticketing tool Snaplogic Monitoring and other Admin activities. Snaplogic Design Best practices, Error Handling User Service Requests such as re-running jobs, onboarding resource questions on process, ad-hoc report generation, ad-hoc run of reports, user administration (where applicable). Respond to Service Requests which are submitted through the ticketing tool.
