We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in native mobile app design and Figma experience and a strong background in visual design. Ability to juggle multiple projects and strong organization skills. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Design Systems, collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate expertise in mobile app design including knowledge of Material Design, and the Human Interface Guidelines (HIG). We are also looking for someone who can own and lead their projects Qualification and Skills : Extensive proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI design work. Proficient in Photoshop and other design software, demonstrating a keen eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail. Solid understanding of Design Systems and their implementation in product design. Familiarity with mobile app design principles and guidelines, including Material Design and the HIG. Strong communication and teamwork skills Problem Solving Mindset Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Understanding and knowledge of UX Design Flow Framework including requirements, white board sketching, wireframes and high-fi designs pixel perfect. Create and maintain high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all platforms. Implement visual design principles to craft engaging and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Champion the usage and evolution of the Design System to maintain design consistency and scalability throughout the organization's products. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure best practices are applied in the design process. Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into design iterations. Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, providing assets and guidance as needed.
