The initial contract will be for four months and depending on how the candidate assimilates into the organization and performs, they may be offered an opportunity to interview for the full-time position in August/September. Given the short term of this contract and no automatic conversion to the FTE role, this is unique opportunity that may not appeal to every qualified candidate. That said, with the extensive layoffs at technology companies recently, there should be a good pool of candidates for us to consider. About the Role Were looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator that has deep knowledge of the platform, demonstrates initiative, and has experience implementing the ServiceNow platform as a new instance. They will have had experience working within an enterprise IT operations team and working as part of a cross-functional team on enterprise projects. We want someone who will take ownership of this ServiceNow platform and help drive the implementation using their prior experience and best practices. This role is part of the Infrastructure and Operations team under the IT Operations vertical. This team manages our enterprise environment and infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud. It is comprised of 5 systems administrators and 2 network engineers. As you will be recruiting this as a contract to hire role, I wanted to provide detail about the full time role and compensation.
