Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React JS development and advocate for their adoption within the team. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10- 12+ years of experience in React JS development. 3 year Lead exp 4+ years of experience in Node JS Strong proficiency in Next JS with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Experience working with e-commerce SaaS-based platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Adobe Commerce. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies. Solid understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Good to have experience in Stencil Development Experience with server-side rendering and SSR frameworks. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
