| Position Title: Power Platform Architect Position Status: 12-month contract with rolling extensions RATE : $50 MAX Schedule: HYBRID (mostly remote) Overview: Our client is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Architect for a HYBRID position based out of Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: Seeks to digitize and automate current paper-based records to streamline access to information across the agency. Advise customers on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform features and how they apply to their unique needs . Implement an agency wide records and document management automation system . Collaborate with stakeholders to create consistent user-friendly design and implementation approach . Understand and apply records management principles/rules based on individual customer requirements . Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate . Apply user UI/UX best practices to ensure 508 compliances, adherence to design standards and provide a seamless user experience . Understand and troubleshoot security issues, customer questions and other inquiries as needed . Understand and apply approved standards and processes . Develop a SharePoint Records Center using retention labels to manage required retention policies, creating and managing file plans and building simple workflows and processes. Develop solutions that comply with existing security protocols and guidelines. Identify and escalate items that are architecturally significant and thereby affect development design/approach/solution . Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with customer subject matter experts . Facilitate trainings and education opportunities . Other duties as needed.
