Roles may include, but are not limited to: developing and/or maintaining software applications, debugging, coding, testing (QA/QE), writing documentation, rolling out software, production support, gathering requirements, and developing formal program specifications. Development, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and/or network systems. Ensuring desired, sustainable business outcomes and maintaining the integrity and continuity of systems. Imparting domain expertise, providing technical guidance and mentoring, supporting customers, resolving problems, and delivering training as required. Define code specifications and construct systems, conduct official code reviews. Stay updated on state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment. Continuously pursue professional development. Ensure accurate work planning and execution; maintain accurate project and time tracking. Mentor and teach less experienced team members.
