MUST HAVE - AEP developer with CDP experience About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) Developer with significant experience in Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data integration, data management, and personalization strategies within the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive successful AEP and CDP initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Develop and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to manage and optimize customer data. Design and configure Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions to enable personalized customer experiences across multiple channels. Create data schemas, define data ingestion workflows, and manage data governance within AEP. Data Integration: Integrate various data sources into AEP, including CRM systems, marketing platforms, and third-party data providers. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between AEP and other marketing technology systems. Personalization and Segmentation: Utilize AEPs capabilities to create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns. Develop personalization strategies and implement them using AEP and CDP features. Testing and Optimization: Conduct testing and validation of AEP implementations to ensure data accuracy and platform performance. Optimize AEP configurations and workflows for enhanced performance and scalability. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and analytics to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide training and support to stakeholders on AEP and CDP functionalities.Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts and hands-on experience with CDP tools. Proficiency in data integration techniques and technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL processes). Experience with data modeling, schema design, and data governance practices. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. years of experience in AEP development and CDP implementation. Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) are a plus. Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics). Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data management practices. Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in personalization and customer experience.
