| From: AJAY, KK Software Associates [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description : Oracle OTL Payroll Techno Functional Consultant Location : Remote / across USA Role : Responsible for Supporting configurations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations(CEMLIs) for the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Payroll odules. Will also help to resolve end user issues with self-service time entry and will work with business users for trouble shooting Payroll or OTL issues. Responsibilities : Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound / outboud interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge: - Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications. - Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business / technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs - Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc., - Knowledge of Oracle Patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements - Expertise in Payroll processes. - Expereince with personalization. customization and utilizing Oracle API's and creating webADI integrators - Expereince opening, managing and resolving Oracle SR's with Oracle Support. - Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes - Understanding change management process - Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations. - Working with HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals. - Provide support to Business users as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues - Identify and use latest technology to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way - Expereince with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus - Expereince in ADP payroll is a plus Requirements SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow and XML skills required Strong Functional and technical foundation in Oracle EBS Payroll and Time and Labor applications R12.2 BACK FILL POSITION _IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW Keywords: procedural language Oracle OTL Payroll Techno Functional Consultant [email protected] |
